- The Design
If you need help with artwork, whether you want to improve on an existing graphic or generate a new one, our team can accommodate your creative design needs. We will work with you to create the logo or design that promotes the best image of you and your business. If you already have a design that needs no editing, then you simply need to send us your artwork (emailing is preferred). All submitted artwork should be line or vector artwork in either .ai, .eps or .cdr format. Your original artwork creator should be able to provide this for you. - Digitizing
Once your logo design is completed to your satisfaction, or if you send us your own completed logo, we will give you a quote for digitizing. This is the process of plotting the points in your design, along with thread color choices and stitch counts, and then we create a disk of your logo. This disk is kept permanently on file, so that future orders can be duplicated precisely, or so that future changes will be quick and easy. There is a minimum charge of $50 for a typical logo and rates can be higher depending on number of colors and stitch counts. This fee must be paid in advance before proceeding. - Proof/Customer Approval/Apparel Selection
We will then run a test or "sew-out" of your design on a piece of fabric for your approval. Once you are completely satisfied with the stitches and thread color, you are ready to select the item you wish to have embroidered. We have access to a wide variety of shirts, hats, tote bags, etc. Let us help you select the item that best suits your needs and your budget! - Payment/Delivery
There is a required down payment of 50% of your total order with the balance due at delivery.
Once your embroidery project is complete, each item is carefully inspected, steamed, folded neatly, and packed for delivery. You may pick up your finished goods from our office, or we can ship them for you anywhere in the US. The remaining payment is due at time of pick-up (or prior to shipment) and we gladly accept Visa/MC, check, cash, or money order.
